Calendar
Scan over the year of planning by seeing the important information: intensity, focus, and volume. Days are filled automatically from the Workouts tab. Current month is populated in the Daily View tab.
Daily View
Quickly see the next 5 days of workouts from the Workouts tab, any important notes, an updated calendar view and a complex builder. Edit workouts and update them to the Workouts tab. Sort and archive notes for reference. Build a complex, circuit, interval, or lift and archive it for easy retrieval.
Time Chart
From a specific time and distance, show the projected time splits up to 400m and from 10yd to 100yd. Perform quick time analyses to uncover focus points.
Workout Generator
Using a combination of rest type, workout %, sr distance, sr time, and rep distance, generate a workout that can be copied to the Workouts tab. Store default workout inputs for easy access.
Workouts
Grouped by quarters, create workouts that will populate into the Calendar and Daily View tabs. In tandem with the Zone Percent tab, track weekly volume to ensure proper progression. Workouts created in the Workout Generator tab can easily be copied to a specific date.
Zone Percent
Accurately plan out zone mileage for the year. Grouped by quarters, choose the starting date of the plan and allocate how much of each zone will be used for a given week. The weekly mileage will get assigned to the matching week in the Workouts tab to track volume.
